Who We Are
Started in 2010 with law enforcement and a few other concerned members who saw a need for substance abuse prevention in the community. Together, people from different backgrounds came together for one common goal: to make obion county a safer, healthier drug free community, and our coalition began to grow. We became an established coaliton by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services in 2016. Today we are funded by a combination of awarded state grants and generous community donations.
